Keep on top of your projects with Solo. Intelligently track how much time you’ve spent and what you’ve spent it on. Graphs show a visual project breakdown into worktype. Quickly see your quote, time to deadline, project progress, attached meetings tasks and milestones plus project contacts.

DIARY


Manage deadlines, milestones , meetings, tasks and todo’s all in one place. Solo keeps you up to date so you’ll never miss another meeting again (this isn’t a guarantee by the way). Pretty soon we're going to be busy working on integrating with Apple iCal, Google Calendar and Outlook.

INVOICING


Electronically send invoices directly to your clients, Solo lets you know when they’re due to be paid, are overdue or need to be sent. Quickly look at turnover for your current year, month or week. In the future we’ll be offering branded invoices plus Sage and Quickbooks integration.

TIMESHEETS


It’s a known fact that no one likes to fill out boring timesheets. As long as you use the built in timer, Solo automatically creates these weekly timesheets for you. Giving you a breakdown of how much time you’ve spent per day and on which projects. Soon we'll also be adding pdf export.

CONTACTS


Keep all of your contact details in one place. Attach a main contact to a project so they receive invoices etc. Store the contact data for all your clients, prospects and subcontractors. We'll be expanding the contacts functionality. Our coders are beavering away to get everything syncing with your address book.

The system will even pull in your latest Twitter feeds. We’re also going to be hooking up with type foundries showcasing their latest faces.

CLIENT AREA


Coming soon. Your clients will be able to login to the system to manage their invoices, meetings and project data. A document area lets you upload commonly used files such as T & C’s and logos (you'll never have to email that logo again). We even include a built in portfolio to show your work!

MESSAGES


Coming soon. Keeping a clear dialogue open with project stakeholders makes for a smoother running project. Threaded messages allow multiple client contacts to leave project messages to aid collaboration. Quickly and easily attach critical project files to individual message threads.
